Identity-Affirming Therapy
Find your ground, and grow in your own direction.

I provide identity-affirming therapy for people exploring who they are, navigating transitions, or simply seeking a safe space with someone who gets it. My work supports LGBTQIA+ individuals, queer and trans folks, BIPOC and neurodivergent people, as well as anyone impacted by marginalization, cross-cultural dynamics, or systemic stress.
As part of this, I’m especially passionate about trans-affirming care — including gender-affirming therapy, support through social and medical transition, and letter-writing for gender-affirming procedures. Whether you’re early in your journey or deep into self-discovery, this is a place to explore your identity at your own pace, with compassion and respect.

Much of this work is about unhooking from toxic messages — in yourself, in relationships, and in the culture around you.

-
In yourself: shifting out of shame, doubt, or the belief that you must hide who you are
-
In relationships: breaking free from rejection, invalidation, or dynamics that limit your expression
-
In culture: challenging societal narratives about who you “should” be, and making space to live fully as yourself
Affirming care means recognizing the full context of your life.
Marginalized people often carry the weight of chronic invalidation, rejection, and erasure — sometimes from family, sometimes from institutions, and often from the broader culture. These experiences can shape how we see ourselves, how safe we feel in relationships, and how much space we believe we’re allowed to take up.

You may be carrying shame, grief over lost connections, fear of discrimination, or the fatigue of constantly having to explain who you are. This is a space where you won’t be judged or pathologized — where you can be seen for who you are and begin reclaiming your story on your own terms.
