Fees and Insurance

Healing is an investment — of time, energy, and resources. My fee is $250 per 50-minute session, and most clients choose private pay for the flexibility and privacy it offers.

I also hold a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those who might not otherwise be able to afford therapy. If this would make care more sustainable for you, we can discuss it during your initial consultation.

I am in-network with select insurance plans. I can provide a superbill if you prefer to use your PPO plan's out-of-network benefits. Feel free to reach out to confirm your specific coverage.
