Healing is an investment — of time, energy, and resources. My standard fee is $250 per 50-minute session, and most clients choose private pay for the flexibility and privacy it offers.

I also hold a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those who might not otherwise be able to access therapy. If this would make care more sustainable for you, we can discuss it during your initial consultation.

If you’d like to use insurance, I am currently in-network with select plans in both California and New Mexico, including Aetna and Cigna, and Presbyterian (in New Mexico only). I can also provide a superbill if you prefer to use your PPO plan's out-of-network benefits.
