Individual Therapy

The decision to come to therapy can be a difficult one. It can come with feelings of vulnerability, and perhaps a fear of being judged. Maybe somewhere along the way, you learned that seeking help must mean there's something "wrong" with you. But I view therapy as a place to define challenges, discover strengths, and find validation for your unique self.

Getting to know yourself can be seen as one of life's ultimate journeys. In individual psychotherapy, we embark upon the path of discovering more about who you are. The journey may involve examining old wounds, reflecting upon past experiences, and facing limiting beliefs and patterns. People emerging from this process often feel more grounded in their bodies, more in touch with their inner spirit, and have an increased sense of self-empowerment.
